Sleepy Silkies

My 8 year old daughter and her same-age cousin discovered that if they held the baby chicks on their backs and gently stroked their tummies, the chicks would immediately fall asleep - and stay asleep -  in that position.

Here's Luna, sound asleep.

And here's Tubby, knocked out cold. 

Now if baby humans would only fall asleep as easily...
